DECEMBER 2024 - WEDNESDAYS AT 10:00 AM (EDT) COACHING WITH KELLY HOGAN
Hi, I'm Kelly Hogan, and my own health and life dramatically changed for the better when I replaced carbs and processed foods with an all-meat diet back in 2009. My passion is working with people who would also love to optimize their health with a meat-based or Carnivore Diet.
I meet with group members each month to discuss a wide variety of meaty topics including: tips for getting started, how to break sugar/carb addiction, ways to optimize health, levers for weight-loss (including fat-fasts and macros), understanding hunger cues, and dealing with holidays and social events as a Carnivore. Every month of coaching covers different topics, but the groups are always here to offer support and accountability through a warm and accepting community of humans that pull for one another. You will also have access to my handbook and to the My Zero Carb Life TDEE during your month of coaching.
It is not a requirement that someone be a total Carnivore to join the group. We will certainly focus on a meat-based diet, but you are absolutely welcome here regardless of your current diet. This month, I will be sharing details of how to do the High-Fat 80/20 protocol, but eating that version of a Carnivore Diet is certainly not a requirement. All versions of the Carnivore Diet are accepted here, as long as we're all doing what works best for our own health.
šš»šš»šš» I will host a one-hour Zoom meeting with the group from 10:00-11:00 AM (EDT) on December 4th, 11th, 18th, and 26th. The first three dates are Wednesdays in December, but the last date is a Thursday. (PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT meet on December 25th due to Christmas falling on Wednesday this year. Instead, we will meet on Thursday, December 26th that week.) Each session will be recorded and shared with the members of the group, in case you weren't able to attend or would like to watch it again for review. (I will never share the recordings with anyone outside of the group.)
There will also be a private Facebook group for only these members, so that we can keep in touch with one another during the week. Members will be invited (though not required) to post updates and meals throughout the week. This Facebook group will never be deleted, even after the month is over. Members will be encouraged to stay in touch even after the month is over, and I will continue to check in and reply to posts there. However, it is not required to have a Facebook account in order to join this group and to participate in the Zoom meetings.
I will not be giving medical advice this month, since I'm not a doctor. I've done Carnivore for over thirteen years, and I am training to be an official "Food Addiction Recovery Advocate." This training and my own experience of working with people for the past 13 years has allowed me to help many people to successfully break carb addiction and to have positive results from a Carnivore Diet.
Participants should have a phone/device that will allow them to click a Zoom link and participate with video chats. Most any phone, laptop, or tablet will be just fine. The technology aspect is quite easy as long as you include the email address that you would like me to use to contact you about getting started. Thank you!
