Shipping
Most in-stock, on-hand items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. On some occasions, such as when we have sales or new product launches, orders can take longer to process. (We are a regular, normal family with day jobs, so thanks for your patience.)
Any pre-order or custom-printed sales are contingent upon our local provider completing the total order, which can sometimes be as long as 4 weeks from original order date.
Most domestic US orders ship via USPS mail. Most orders will be shipped via First Class mail which can take 4-7 days to arrive once shipped. Holiday periods and other factors can influence USPS delivery times; once a package is out of our hands and in custody of USPS, shipping is out of our control.
- November 29: All orders bound for Africa, Central or South America
- December 6: All other international shipments
- December 18: All U.S.-bound orders.

Refunds: Coaching
Coaching session refunds: It's important to us that you have a positive experience in coaching. Since coaching is a non-returnable service, and because class sizes are limited, refunds will be administered on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, refunds requested before the first coaching email (with Zoom links for the month, resources, and other information) is sent can be accommodated. Coaching refunds will be subject to a credit card processing fee. To inquire about a refund, please email [email protected]
Returns & Lost Items: Merchandise
Please do not return an item to My Zero Carb Life without first contacting us. Email [email protected] before you process a return.
Damaged items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.
Exchanges and Refunds: Please email [email protected] before returning any products. Customers may return an item for refund or size exchange (subject to availability) within 1 week of delivery. The customer may be liable for return shipping costs. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in new, resellable condition, meaning it hasn't been washed or worn and that all tags are still attached. Refunds or exchanges will be processed as soon as the original item is received by MZCL.
Lost items: For US domestic packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. (Please note, international orders are subject to delays due to current volume issues with international shipping.)
Other Important Shipping Terms
Wrong Address: If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
