Carnivore Coaching with Kelly Hogan
Hi, I’m Kelly Hogan. Back in 2009, my health and life changed dramatically when I removed carbs and processed foods and embraced an all-meat diet. Since then, my passion has been for helping others discover the same freedom and healing through a meat-based or Carnivore way of eating.
Each month, I meet with my coaching group to dive into a wide range of meaty topics, such as:
*Getting started and staying consistent
*Breaking sugar and carb addiction
*Tools for optimizing health and energy
*Levers for weight loss (such as reverse-dieting, tracking macros, and Metabolic Reset Days such fat-fasts and PSMF days)
*Learning to understand true hunger cues
*Navigating holidays and social events as a Carnivore
*Common struggles including sleep, digestion, hair-loss, becoming fat-adapted, stubborn high glucose
Every month covers new topics, but one thing never changes: the steady support and accountability of a warm, encouraging community. You’ll also receive access to my Carnivore Handbook and My Zero Carb Life TDEE guide during your month of coaching.
You don’t have to be a “perfect Carnivore” to join us. While the focus is on a meat-based diet, all versions of Carnivore are welcome. What matters most is that you’re doing what works best for your own health.

I’ll be hosting four one-hour Zoom sessions on Wednesdays, October 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th from 7:00-8:00 PM (EST).
All sessions are recorded and shared exclusively with group members, so you’ll never miss out if you can’t attend live.
Alongside our live calls, you’ll be invited into a private, password-protected Facebook group for members only. This is where we connect during the week, share updates, post meals, and cheer one another on. The group remains open even after the coaching month ends, so you’ll always have a place to stay connected. (Having a Facebook account is optional — it’s not required for Zoom participation.)
A quick note: I’m not a doctor, so I don’t give medical advice. What I do bring is over fifteen years of living Carnivore, countless hours coaching others, and training as a Food Addiction Recovery Advocate. My heart is to help you break free from carb addiction and discover what this way of eating can do for your health and life.
